Island number 1: Island/Nation of Singapore

Singapore, is an island country located at the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula. It lies 137 kilometres (85 mi) north of the equator, south of the Malaysian state of Johor and north of Indonesia's Riau Islands. At 707.1 km² (273.0 sq mi), Singapore is one of three remaining true city-states in the world. It is the smallest nation in Southeast Asia. For comparison, Davao city (Philippines) has a land area of 2,444 km2 (943.6 sq mi). That's more than thrice the size of this tiny but adorable country.

This will be my fifth visit in Singapore. Singapore never disappoint me even i am visiting the country every year. This year, my plan is to visit the Singapore Flyer

Travel is (still) cheap

This is the ad that started it all...

After my travel in Bali last may 2007, I decided to divert a bit. This year, 2008, I decided to do some local travels. In the later parts of 2007 I explored few exotic, parts of Surigao. I went to the beautiful beaches and hidden heavenly waterfalls in Bislig, surigao sur and i did swim into the crystal clear waters of surigao province's world class white beaches. Not to mention my ulta-mega-maximum adventure in Boracay during the summerof '08.
But with this add, The traveller in me could not resist the temptation. literraly I drool and have palpitations. It's irresistible.
